These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to, and use of the MagicMirror automated risk assessment tool (the “Tool”) and any reports, analyses, or outputs generated through it (collectively, the “Outputs”). By accessing or using the Tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

01

Informational Purpose Only

The Tool and Outputs are provided solely for general informational purposes. They are designed to assist users in identifying potential areas for further review and are not intended to provide legal, cybersecurity, regulatory, financial, or compliance advice.

02

No Professional Advice or Certification/No Regulatory Reliance

Nothing provided through the Tool constitutes professional advice, security certification, regulatory determination, or endorsement of any vendor, product, or service. Use of the Tool does not satisfy regulatory vendor risk management, cybersecurity, or third-party oversight requirements under any applicable law or regulatory framework.

03

Automated and AI-Generated Analysis

Outputs may be generated through automated systems and artificial intelligence–based models that analyze publicly available information. Such systems produce probabilistic results and may generate inaccuracies, omissions, or misinterpretations of source materials.

04

User Responsibility and Independent Evaluation

Users remain solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence, security assessments, legal review, and compliance verification before making procurement, risk management, or regulatory decisions.

05

Third-Party Information

Outputs may incorporate information obtained from publicly available sources or third-party materials. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such information.

06

Vendor Information and Analytical Characterization

Any references to vendors, products, or services are derived from automated interpretation of publicly available materials and are intended solely as analytical indicators. They should not be interpreted as factual assertions regarding the security posture, compliance status, or operational practices of any vendor.

07

Permitted Use

The Tool and Outputs are provided for internal informational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit the Outputs without our prior written permission. Any external publication, benchmarking, or comparative use of the report or its findings without context may result in misleading interpretations for which we assume no responsibility.

08

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to use of the Tool or reliance on any Outputs.

09

Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Tool following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
